Candidate's agreement about protection of personal data
By sending her/his CV the applicant consents to the administration, processing and storage of personal data by CPL Jobs Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw 02-001, Al. Jerozolimskie 81, REGON 140757022, NIP 527-25-26-500 (hereinafter: CPL Jobs), in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item. 883, as amended), reads as follows:
I declare that all data that is included in my CV and job applications have been delivered to the company CPL Jobs voluntarily and they are true. At the same time I agree to the registration and processing of transmitted data by persons authorized by CPL Jobs to the extent necessary to carry out the selection procedure on the position, which I've applied and to determine the conditions before concluding a contract of employment. Permission is given for a limited period, which lasts until the end of the recruitment process for the position of interest to me, that is, until the guarantee granted to the potential employer, in accordance with the terms of the agreement concluded by the CPL Jobs and the future employer, or the date on which I will request to remove my personal data or the date on which the data provided cannot be updated. If my consent is called off, or after those dates, or if the personal data cannot be updated, CPL Jobs will remove my personal information without undue delay. CPL Jobs company has informed me about the right to access to personal data, the right to request of data updating and the right to object in cases specified in the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as the manner of their execution, as well as how my personal data is disclosed to third parties, i.e. a potential employer or, at the request, authorized under the law authorities of the country.
