For our Client International company focused on real estate market we are currently looking for a person on Senior Retail Negotiator position.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Business development role in the field of leasing retail spaces in Poland,
- Searching for tenants,
- Working closely with department’s Director,
- Negotiating with clients and landlords,
- Ensuring completeness of all required documentation,
- Good sales or lease results,
- Reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Higher education,
- Education in Real Estate will be a plus,
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of retail spaces leasing,
- Great knowledge about Polish retail market,
- Broker License will be a plus,
- Tracked record,
- Strong sales & negotiating skills,
- Ambitious & enthusiastic candidates,
- Fluent English is a must
